We offer a 30-day return policy, with important guidelines due to the nature of personal care products.

Important Note on Personal Care Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original, sealed packaging

Opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return or refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions
  • The return address

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or discounted items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order separately.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers located in the European Union:

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.

To qualify:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Additional processing time may be required by your bank or card provider
